How Our Network Works

Ask a provider your questions

Who You Talk To

You talk to an independent tree provider in our network. Representationtherapy Tree Service makes the introduction and steps back. The provider is a separate business with its own pricing, schedule and way of working. That is why two providers can give you two different answers about the same tree.

What Happens on the Call

Expect a few simple questions. Where is the tree? How tall is it? Is it near a roof, fence, driveway or power line? Is it standing, leaning or already down? Photos help if the provider asks for them.

The provider may then offer a phone estimate or set up a visit to look at the tree. Many providers can respond quickly, but timing varies. Request a callback to check provider availability for your job.

What to Ask a Provider

A few plain questions can save you money and stress:

  • Is the quote in writing, and what does it include?
  • Is haul-away, wood chip cleanup or log removal part of the price?
  • Is stump grinding included, or is it a separate line?
  • How will the tree come down, and what could be damaged?
  • Can you share proof of license and insurance if your area requires them?
  • What happens to the price if the job turns out harder than expected?

Get it in writing before any work starts. If a price changes, ask why.

If the Tree Is Already Down

Keep everyone away from the tree and any wires. Take photos from a safe distance. Then ask about emergency tree removal or storm tree clearance. Providers can often help document damage for a claim, and some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy.

You Are in Control

You can compare two or three quotes. You can ask for time to think. You can say no. Nothing you do here creates an obligation. Price follows the job, so a clear quote and a calm conversation are your strongest tools.
